Responsibilities :
Responsible to ensure that Philips products achieve the widest penetration possible in OEM Channel; Bridge the relationship with medium/small OEM who have obstacle with policy of Philips principal; Capture any opportunity to develop OEM market; Develop share of wallet in industrial area that haven’t been touched before; Campaign introducing of Philips new products to medium/small OEM partners, hence opportunity to develop market both Philips OEM channel & partner are widely opened; Managing account receivable of business partners as target; To guide the partners in developing implementing and improving territory management through effective and efficient execution; to ensure and additional requirement on specific product (innovative sales) refer to market potency; Enhance the competencies of Philips and dealer sales personnel's.
Requirements :
Bachelor degree (any discipline), min 3 years working experience in both Sales B2B and traditional retail in electronic products or /FMCG would be additional advantage, has good personality and interpersonal skill, has an acceptable level of English language, has good coordination capability, is willing to travel and to spend most of the time in the market field. The incumbent has to have strong drive, positive attitude, is assertive and well motivated. He/she should posses driving license. Literacy in computer is a must.
