An Established Oil Company (PSC) in Indonesia is searching a qualified candidates for:
Preservation & Repair Return Specialist
(Material/Mechanical Equipment
BASIC PURPOSE
• Reports to Asset/Material preservation & recovery team lead.
• Responsible preservation plan implementation & performance.
• Support Repair return process.
• Meet company core value including ensure safety and environmentally manner.
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Minimum Diploma 3 degree (Polytechnic graduate or equivalent) good computer applications skill, having good English both in writing, reporting and verbal communication.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in oil & gas industry related to preservation & repair-return processes.
• Having good experience track record on managing relationship with BPMIGAS, ESDM & Finance ministry.
• Being familiar with Government regulation related to management asset (PP 6 / PP35 ; PTK 007 Book 3 – Management Asset).
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
(Specific for Repair & Return):
• Close tracking on progress of each critical equipment included in repair & return program. Address problems in order to obtain optimum lead time and cost.
• Ensure materials/equipment is recorded properly in the system or inventory with regards to cost of repairs, conditions of repaired equipment.
• Support coordination between Procurement, Logistic, formalities, OEE, warehouse and any government body to ensure smooth operation coordination in repair/return process for any equipment.
(Specific for Preservation):
• Responsible for guiding and administering all the preservation process internally / externally in all warehouse stock under Material Management.
• Execute, monitor & report preservation program within approved budget.
• Coordinate with respective department to provide Preservation contract for specific items in Material Management.
• Deliver clear & effective communication with respective department (Offshore/Onshore engineer support, warehouse team leaders) related to preservation program.
• Support continual process of creation on preservation working instructions.
