PAINTING/COATING SUPERVISOR - MINAS
The Scope of Work entails:
1. Review of coating / painting procedures and witness painting procedure qualification tests.
2. Monitoring painting activity and the parameters like relative humidity, dew point and substrate metal temperature.
3. Check surface preparation after blasting operations, WFT / DFT and ensure the values are as per the requirement. Report non-conformances as required especially when Quality Control deficiencies are noted.
4. Review of paint batch certificates and MSDS data sheets.
5. Monitoring all the project related painting activities in yard and as well in fabrication shops. Co-coordinating with paint Manufacturer s technical representatives on painting activities.
6. Inspection of insulation works and associated cladding works.
7. Assist lead QC in vendor assessment works.
8. Participate in painting audit works and spot audits.
9. Interface with other contractors and vendors on painting and insulation works.
10. Field co-ordination with yard contractor s QAQC team in implementation of QC measures.
Job Requirements:
1. Must possess minimum Vocational certificate from a recognized, fully accredited Inspection Body in Indonesia or Overseas. Qualified to NACE / BGAS painting inspector level II or equivalent Indonesian certification.
2. Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in painting inspection and / or painting supervision works in Oil and Gas Construction/Fabrication works.
3. Shall have good written and spoken English language communication skills.
4. Should be a fast learner and a team worker.

12. Contribute to the change management process, analyzing and reporting schedule and cost impacts to the project.
Required Qualification:
1. Ideally about more than 10 yrs Oil &Gas project experience.
